Do we have a projected date for the start of the 2010 WHFB Fall Season? Will 8th edition be in effect at the SoCal Slaughter in August?

Both the new season and the next slaughter will be run with 8th edition. We would be de-legitimizing ourselves to run the slaughter with 7th. This season will complete using the 7th edition rules.

Well, 8th edition is here and the draft is less than a week away. Do we know any of the territory or rules changes (as far as how they will effect League rules) for next season? I would like to be able to look them over prior to the draft.
